As a Fair Trade supplier in Indonesia, Pekerti gives assistance to handicraft producers to market their products domestically and provides services in export, which would otherwise not be available. Pekerti’s community development sector provides producers with training in the 10 Standards of Fair Trade and product safety, and undertakes projects in emergency relief, housing reconstruction and long-term economic recovery through small and micro enterprise (SME) establishment.

Global Village Nanaimo uses Canada Post for shipping, unless special arrangements are made. Our shipping rates are effective for anywhere in Canada.

Shipping costs are listed for each item on our website. If you are purchasing more than one item and we are able to ship them together more efficiently, we will refund the difference. We are really nice people, so we will do whatever we can to keep those costs as low as possible and we will send you a refund if we can.

If you would like to pick up your package in Nanaimo, B.C, select the "PICK UP " option and there will not be any shipping fees charged
